Realization of the project will contribute to rapid growth of the recreational and tourism potential of the Istra district and at the same time will preserve the sites of the national landscape of the Center of Russian plain with high ecological and aesthetic and health features. In addition, it will involve investment in this fast-growing sector of economy that will create new jobs for the local population. In the future, recreation and tourism cluster is expected to create, aimed at the agriculture tourism development (including ethnographic) in the territory of Istra, Ruza, Mozhaisk, and Shakhovsky Lotoshinskogo and Volokolamsk districts.
